  • Hotel rates & bookings are subject to availability of rooms at the time of confirmation of the booking.
  • Room rates must be paid fully in advance
  • Once booked and confirmed name change will not be possible
  • Early check-out refund is not possible
  • Breakfast is included
  • Credit Card Charge of 3%, Service charges & VAT 5% will be included in the price
  • There is a tourism fee charged by the hotel, from the guests directly, at the time of check out. Charges may vary, depending upon the type of hotel room booked.
  • Hotel check-in time is between 12:00 and 15:00 and check out is between 11:00 and 12:00. However, in the case of early check-ins and extensions, arrangements can be made as per the requirements. Please check with the hotel for specific needs.
  • Additional charges, if applicable by the hotel, shall be borne by the client.

Visa Procedure

Visa Related Information:

  • Participants requiring assistance with UAE Visa can contact our travel partner.
  • Once applied, the fees are non-refundable and the visa approval is subject to the approval from the Immigration Department.

Visa Charges and General Terms and Conditions of UAE Visa

Visa On arrival:

  • 6 months valid passport. Visa valid for 90 days, Extendable:
    • Argentina, South Korea, Bahamas
  • 6 months valid passport. Visa valid for 90 days, Non-Extendable:
    • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Boland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
  • 6 months valid passport. Visa valid for 30 days. Extendable:
    • Andorra, Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Russia, United Kingdom, Ukraine, United States of America

Terms & Conditions:

  1. In case of any additional government levied charges, travel partner has the full right to change the prices and other charges of Tourist Visa Application at any time.
  2. Rejected Visa Cancelation Charges will be 150 AED (One Hundred Fifty only), in case any Visa gets rejected by Immigration Department and/or the participant requests to cancel/remove the Visa from the Immigration Department system.
  3. In case a Visa application remains pending by the Immigration Department as the participant already has Multi-Entry or Valid Visa than a charge of 150 AED (One Hundred Fifty only) will be charged to the participant.
  4. All the above charges and applied fees are non-refundable in case a Visa application is rejected by the Immigration Department for any reason.
  5. The travel agent does not guarantee the approval or delay in the visa process. Also, the participant has no right to claim any compensation from the agent in case of any visa delay or rejection under any circumstances.
  6. The participants are requested to be in their best behavior during their visit to UAE and are requested to follow the rules & regulations of UAE. Participant shall pay any legal penalties against any illegal action. For instance, not leaving the country after the Visa expiry, a penalty of AED 6000 ~ USD 1621 will be charged.

Ticket/Travel Booking Process

General guidelines for the traveler queries regarding the process of booking:

  • We request your resident country’s Art of Living center to consolidate all visiting participants travel itinerary from the respective country as a group and email our travel partner.
  • The travel partner will be able to provide with discounted packages for groups of 15 participants & above from the same city for the same date & time of travel.
  • The travel partner will also be able to help the participants with individual bookings or if the group size is less than 10. They will assist to avail best available fares.
  • All airlines tickets are subject to supplemental price increases until it is booked based on the available fare category and issued. Any provisional bookings made may not have the guarantee of the price quoted and it may vary at any point in time unless the ticket is issued with full payment in advance. Please note: For some airlines, it is mandatory to enter the visa information for making Ok To Board prior to your travel to UAE.
  • In case if you change your booking;
    • Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional supplier charges. Our booking agent will advise about the possibility of changes along with the applicable charges at the time of your request for change.
    • Please note – All reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product/service purchased.
    • Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other suppliers. While we will endeavor to make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges may apply.
    • If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please inform us far in advance as possible to discuss your options. If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary will be canceled and/or render your ticket void.
  • If you cancel your booking
    • If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive from you, your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s). Generally, flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund.
    • If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.
  • Travel Documents and Destinations
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that all details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review;
    • Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements
      • It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case you are unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
    • Insurance
      • Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements. We may be able to arrange travel insurance to be provided to you, furnish you a quote, and answer any queries you may have regarding the insurance.

Tele-Communication & WiFi

FREE WiFi is available in most of the hotels and in public areas in the UAE. Most Malls have free Wi-Fi. We have 3 service providers in Dubai:

If you cannot afford a stay then at least have a close view of the architecture and also dine in its underwater restaurant amongst the sea creatures.

Dubai Museum – This place has been housed inside Al-Fahidi Fort of the 18th century. It offers a glimpse about the history of Dubai and how it expanded after the oil boom.

Dubai Aquarium – This tourist destination is the best for sea world lovers as you can uncover the secrets of the underwater world and get a glimpse of unfamiliar animals, fishes, penguins among others.

Gold Souk – Walk through the glittering gold souk and get access to the largest collection of gold jewelry and precious stones. What’s more, all the shops are regulated by the Dubai government for the purity of gold. But be careful with the pricing part as there is a lot to bargain.

Desert Safari – Experience the marvels of Arabian Desert by taking a safari in Dubai style. Enjoy 4*4 dune bashing; quad biking and sandboarding followed by mouth-watering barbeque dinner; belly dance performance and camel ride.

About Dubai

Weather

Dubai has a high seasonal temperature variation as it is quite hot and humid during summers (March to October) but is succeeded by short but cool a winter (November to February) which is good for tourists to roam about in the city. The daytime temperature during winters is 25 degree Celsius which is also accompanied by cool winds, cloudy weather, and rains in rare cases. It is suggested to carry a light jacket during the winter.

Language / Religion

Arabic is the official language of Dubai but English is also spoken by most of the residents and expats. Islam is the official religion of the city but as Dubai is cosmopolitan hence people from other religions like Hinduism, Christianity and Buddhism live in complete harmony with each other.

Moving Around

Driving in Dubai is not an easy task on account of strict rules and regulations but still, you can rent a car if you have a valid international driving license. Other than this, the presence of good roads, timely availability of metros, trams, buses, and taxis makes travel quite stress-free. The city can be best explored by walking but only during winter months when the weather is cool or else you will get exhausted by the higher summer temperatures.

How safe is Dubai

There is a very low rate of crime within Dubai on account of stringent rules and regulations. But it is best to keep some precautions in form of keeping passport and visa safe; locking personal items in safety deposit. Also, do not leave credit cards or cash unattended and try not to go too far away from the city area. Other than this, just use your common sense and things should be fine with you.
